1. REALIZE THAT YOU ARE A SINNER.
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." - Romans 3:23
We all have fallen short of Heaven because of our sin. Our sins have seperated us from God. We have all sinned, we have deliberately chosen to disobey God. You may be a better person than others, but compared to Jesus we have all fallen short.
2. THERE IS A PENALTY FOR YOUR SIN.
"For the wages of sin is death..." - Romans 6:23a
A wage is a payment. According to the Bible we are all sinners and our sin must be paid. If we fail to trust Christ in this life, we will die without Him and spend eternity in hell.
3. JESUS HAS ALREADY PAID THAT DEBT.
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." - Romans 5:8
When Jesus died on the cross, He paid for all our sins with His precious blood and bridged the gap that seperated us from God. Jesus lived a perfect life and died on the cross in our place to pay in full our sin debt.
4. SALVATION IS A FREE GIFT.
"...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." - Romans 6:23b
You must recieve by faith Jesus as your saviour and accept His free gift of eternal life.
5. RECEIVE CHRIST TODAY!
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." - Romans 10:13
Whoseoever means you. If you, by simple faith will trust Jesus Christ for your salvation, you can be 100% sure that you are going to Heaven.
